LOGIQ CONNECTED PRODUCT DATA NOTICE
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Version: connected-data-2026-09-01
This pre-contract notice describes data that the LogIQ hardware and related connected services can generate and how a user can access or erase it. It supplements the Privacy Notice.
Product data
The Quark can generate device identifiers, software and firmware versions, authorization and connection state, selected settings, cached analysis-result identifiers and counts, saved-scene identifiers and counts, synchronization state, light and playback preferences, maintenance status and receipts, timestamps, and operational diagnostics. Data is primarily structured text or JSON and is generated intermittently when settings change, music is processed, devices report state, synchronization occurs, or maintenance is requested. The principal local stores contain no more than 7,000 combined cached-analysis and saved-scene records; byte volume varies with the metadata and settings in each record.
The Quark stores a rolling local cache of up to 5,000 analysis results and a local mirror of up to 2,000 saved scenes. Exact volume varies with use and record size. Local records remain until displaced by the rolling limit, changed by synchronization, or erased through available maintenance controls.
Related-service data
Connected services can generate account and authorization records, music metadata and recognition results, analyses and settings, saved scenes, prompts and generated responses, subscription and usage information, analytics events, and security or support records. Formats are generally database records or JSON. Volume and frequency depend on use; some state can be transmitted continuously or near-real-time while connected, while other records are event-driven.
Storage and access
Local product data is stored on the Quark. Related-service data is stored on SR-controlled or contracted cloud systems in the United States or other provider locations. Retention follows the Privacy Notice and applicable legal obligations.
Users can view or manage account data, saved scenes, connected devices, local-maintenance controls, subscription information, and data export through https://logiq.synergisticresearch.com/account. A machine-readable account export is available there. To request additional access or assistance, email service3@synergisticresearch.com.
Erasure and sharing
Account deletion deletes or anonymizes direct identifiers and customer content while allowing narrowly required billing, fraud, security, assent, warranty, and legal records to be retained. Quark maintenance controls can separately clear selected local cached analyses, saved scenes, or other local categories. A user may request that SR make available data the user is entitled to share with a third party, subject to identity verification, security, technical feasibility, trade-secret protections, and applicable law.
