LOGIQ LOCAL AND CONNECTED FEATURE SCHEDULE

This schedule identifies the material dependencies of the current LogIQ/Quark product. It forms part of the LogIQ Terms for the Product version sold.
Local, account-free hardware operation
- The Quark continues to provide the permanent Off state and its three fixed hardware presets without a customer LogIQ account or SR cloud connection.
- The factory-installed Windows listener communicates automatic settings to the Quark's internal controller over USB serial. Customers are not required to use Windows, enter a serial number, scan a QR code, or complete a temporary claim-code setup ceremony.
- The Quark maintains a non-expiring rolling local cache of up to 5,000 analysis results and a local mirror of up to 2,000 saved scenes. Cached results and downloaded scenes remain subject to available storage, software integrity, and device maintenance.
Connected functions
- Account authorization is required for automatic identification and account-linked operation.
- Online music identification and lookups, new server-generated analysis, the AI assistant, voice transcription, cloud scene synchronization, account management, subscription verification, remote device controls, and server-delivered updates require internet access and SR or third-party systems.
- The web and mobile interfaces are remote controls for connected functions. They do not duplicate the Windows listener's automatic USB-serial write over Bluetooth.
Compatibility and limitations
Connected functions require a compatible, supported app or browser, a local network where applicable, internet access, current software, required device permissions, and any disclosed account or subscription. Provider, geographic, licensing, operating-system, security, and maintenance conditions can affect availability. AI and music-recognition results can be incorrect or incomplete.
