You own the LogIQ hardware you purchase. The app, firmware, and online software are licensed for use with it.

Works without a customer account or SR cloud connection

The Quark's permanent Off state and three fixed hardware presets. The Quark can also retain its non-expiring rolling local cache of up to 5,000 analysis results and a local mirror of up to 2,000 saved scenes, subject to storage, software integrity, and maintenance.

Requires connected services

Automatic identification and account-linked operation require authorization. Online music identification and lookups, new server-generated analysis, AI and voice features, cloud synchronization, accounts, subscriptions, remote controls, and server-delivered updates require internet access and SR or third-party systems.

Connected and AI features can be interrupted or changed for technical, security, provider, legal, or operational reasons as described in the Terms. AI and music-recognition results can be incorrect. If SR permanently ends a prepaid paid service without a materially equivalent replacement, future billing stops and the unused prepaid portion will be refunded or credited, subject to law and app-store procedures.
